COMMUNITY EXCHANGE CLASS:
At The Yoga Exchange we believe in building and supporting our community around us. We are all connected on this journey together. Once a month we will have a donation class that will give all the proceeds to a local organization, family or person in need.
Many of the classes at The Yoga Exchange follow the principles of Fluid Yoga. We dynamically link the flowing nature of the breath with mindful, continual movement and creative sequencing. This heat-building vinyasa flow will increase strength and flexibility, and train the mind to be more content and relaxed throughout the most difficult challenges on and off the mat. These classes are all levels.

Spa yoga is a slow flow floor based yoga class that is based on the Fluid Yoga Sequencing. This class flows through the body’s senses to discover a deeper awareness. The physical practice spends time opening all energetic points of the body to leave the practitioner with a blissed out feeling. We will end with a relaxing 15 minute guided meditation. During SPA, you may discover extra hands-on assists and massages, a calming atmosphere, delightful scents and beautiful music in the background. Be prepared to feel like you just walked out of a SPA!
Moving slowly and mindfully throughout this practice, gentle yoga is a great class for those looking to relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. We will end the class with a longer relaxation and meditation. All levels Welcome.
Our kids classes are designed based on the interests, energies and developmental stages of children. Through fun games, music, storytelling and more, kids will learn the fundamentals of yoga to help them relax, calm their minds and develop a mind body connection that allows kids to be more confident and more self aware in their own bodies.
Linking movement with breath, this class will help women prepare the mind and body for the journey of childbirth and motherhood. Through the exploration of yoga we will assist the body as it adjusts to the changes of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. This practice encourages mindfulness, breath work and gratitude to aid in your journey. This class is open to woman at any stage of their pregnancy and to postpartum woman as they transition after childbirth. This is a great way to connect with other women who are on this journey.
