2020 Exchange Compassion Yoga Lifestyle & Teacher Training

Designed for those who want to dive deeper into studying and living the yoga lifestyle, Exchange Compassion is for you!  There are three sections to this training. In the first section, we will immerse ourselves in the history & philosophy of yoga and how we can incorporate this practice in our everyday lives. During the second section, we will focus on the anatomy of yoga, sequencing, and why we do things the way we do them in class. The third section will bring everything together and focus on assisting and preparing your body & mind so that you can teach with confidence.

FREE info sessions:

Saturday 10/19 at 9am after class

Sunday 10/27 at 4pm after Spa Yoga

Monday 11/4 at 7pm after Spa Yoga

Thursday 11/14 at 10:15am after class


200-hour program:

Sections 1 + 2 + 3: $2650* if paid in full by November 15th 2019 ($2750 if paid with credit card)

Sections 1 + 2 + 3: $2800* if paid after November 15th 2019 ($2900 if paid with credit card)

$500 non-refundable deposit with your application to secure your spot - this is applied toward the tuition

Per section:

Section 1: $1,125

Section 2: $750

Section 3: $1,125

To become a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, you must complete all sections of the training.

*Students who withdraw from the program more than 1 month prior to the start of the program will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal from the program within a month of the training or after the training has begun.
