Throughout this Intentional Living Program, we will carefully explore four specific areas of your life - mind, body, wealth & home.
This program is not one-size-fits all. We will work with you to examine habits, patterns & priorities in your life and provide you specific tools & techniques to help make changes to live a more intentional life.

Melanie Harrington received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England. She is a registered occupational therapist, massage therapist, certified meditation & mindfulness teacher, and E-RYT (experienced registered yoga teacher) She is the owner of The Yoga Exchange, leads a 200-hour Yoga Lifestyle and Teacher Training Program and Mindful Living Program.

Consulting on this program: Jamie Harrington received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University and has an MBA from Northeastern University. He currently works full-time as a financial software consultant. Jamie is also a registered yoga teacher, an Ayurveda Health Councilor from the California College of Ayurveda and the CFO of the Harrington Household.
